ECHO₂ is a high power fractional ablative laser system capable of rejuvenating and reshaping the skin in a minimally invasive and highly effective way. It is indicated for skin resurfacing, wrinkles, fibroids, scars, warts, keratoses, benign neoformations, warts, skin pigmentation, rhinophyma, stretch marks.
The ECHO₂ platform allows to determine a series of thermal damage at different depths, minimally ablative. The fractional scan, in this way, creates points of penetration into the skin, which are separated by sections of intact skin, so that the regeneration of the patient's tissue will start from this.
With this procedure, thermal ablative columns are formed, which determine the denaturation of the collagen with the subsequent neo-collagenogenesis.
The wavelength used, 10,600 nm, generates a profound thermal effect that favors the best neo-collagenogenesis.
